CAREER ORIENTATION OR REORIENTATION

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH

WORKPLACE CHALLENGES
RETURNING TO WORK
Successfully transition back into the workforce after a long absence due to expatriation, unemployement, illness, burnout, or a career break to focus on your family.
Gain clarity on your professional aspirations and navigate to a new career with confidence.
Are you being promoted or looking to be hired ?
I assist you in structuring your transition with clarity and assurance:
-
Define your goals with precision
-
Explore and assess your skills, values, and aspirations
-
Identify areas for growth and potential challenges
-
Leverage your strengths to maximize opportunities
At times, work can also become the place where past experiences, personal vulnerabilities, or long-standing patterns begin to surface. These may shape how difficulties are experienced and why certain situations feel particularly heavy, confusing, or hard to navigate such as chronic stress, loss of meaning or burnout.
Taking this into consideration, I have broadened my approach to provide holistic psychotherapy support to help you navigate and overcome your work-related difficulties.

SUPPORTING YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS
Depending on your context and needs, career counselling typically consists of 3 to 12 sessions, each lasting 1 to 2 hours, spread over a maximum of 12 weeks.
I use, amongst other techniques, scientifically developed psychometric tools to objectively assess your personality traits, aptitudes, interests, and professional values. These standardised evaluations provide valuable insights to guide our work together.
